How it works:
​The equipment adopts direct steam heating to recover the solvent and volatile oil, and the recovery process is cooled by the condenser to recover the solvent and volatile oil, which has high recovery efficiency.

​Manufacturing Configuration:
​The extraction tank is a positive cone type, with four ear hanging support, the upper head is equipped with a quick opening feed port, the secondary steam outlet is equipped with a foam removal device, the bottom is a diameter pneumatic slag door (optional), equipped with two cylinders, and with a safety interlock device, the screen mesh filter device is provided by the sun plate and the punch plate support pad to prevent deformation.
​The material of the extraction tank is stainless steel SUS304, which is suitable for the special material of fine refining.
​The total volume of the extraction tank is 1-10m3, the normal pressure in the tank, and the working pressure of the cylinder is 0.7MPa;
​Anti-aging pearl cotton or high temperature polyurethane foam insulation, insulation layer thickness δ=50mm.
