Fermentation equipment has been widely used in pharmaceutical, monosodium glutamate, wine, enzyme preparations, pigments, food and other industries.
​Second, stainless steel fermenter classification:
​It is divided into two categories: one is the tank type of anaerobic fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation), and the other is the tank type of adequate gas fermentation (such as standard type, Wu type, self-priming type, etc.). This type of equipment is most commonly used in the standard tank type. The fermenter series drawings and data designed by our factory belong to the standard tank type. When designing fermentation equipment of various specifications, the design structure is strict, there is enough strength and service life, and the internal accessories of the equipment are few and the surface is smooth. It is noted that there should be good gas-vapor contact and vapor-solid mixing performance, so that material transfer and gas exchange can be effectively carried out. There is sufficient heat exchange area to ensure that the fermentation can be carried out at the most suitable temperature. Pay attention to the sealing performance of the equipment to ensure sterilization operation.
​Third, the main configuration of stainless steel fermenter:
​1, the main tank of the equipment is the upper and lower oval head four ear suspension structure, with standard PH sensor interface, DO sensor interface, temperature sensor interface, sampling port, vent, ventilation, exhaust port, pressure gauge port, inoculation port, sugar filling port, large Angle of view tank liquid level observation mirror and quick opening manhole and other functional interfaces;
​2, the container volume is 0.3-200M3, the material is S30408, the use of jacket heat transfer and inner coil heat transfer form, the design pressure in the container is 0.4MPa, the design temperature is 135℃; The design pressure inside the jacket is 0.4MPa, the design temperature is 143℃;
​3. Stirrer type, propulsion type, open turbine, disc turbine, frame type, anchor type, self-priming type;
​4, the inner wall of the container is polished, there is no dead corner in the tank, and it meets the requirements of microbial fermentation. The exterior surface is mirror-finished or matte.
